Looking at the pathetic condition of the villagers in 3rd world countries who have to travel miles away to the nearest town or city every time they need to see a Doctor. Some friend living in and outside their native countries (non Residents) decided to form a group to put in their efforts for making life bit easy for those poor people living in villages.

in 3rd World Country we lack the basic Health Care Facilities, a Villager when falls sick, has to travel to the nearest town alone or with his relatives for treatment, either by foot or by animal driven carts. In some cases its seen that even the old women walk all alone up to 10 k.m. to reach the hospital in town or city.

We should not only depend on Government Hospitals as they are overloaded and in some cases not available near many villages. In private hospitals and clinics, they've to pay lot of money apart from the medicines which is beyond the capacity of a poor villageer.

There is no arrangement for the accommodation of the patient or his attendant, so in that case they sleep on foot paths in miserable conditions.

The take food from dirty eating houses, there is no sympathy for such people, they are totally ignored, mistreated, degraded, and even cheated in some cases.

In most cases they have to sell their Land or Animals to meet the Medical Expenses. After which they are totally bankrupt and paupers, even turned into beggers.

A VHO Health is basically a small Clinic as O.P.D (Out Patient Department) in a House or a Hut provided by someone in the village.

A Doctor from nearby town will travel to the VHO Clinic using his own transport and will be assisted by a male and a female medical attendant as available in village.

Doctors will guide and help his / her assistants to help patients and attend them.

This will be the Help Villages to get treatment in their own village, they will not have to travel to towns to spend money and loose their honour and dignity for the sake of medical treatment.

Head of Local Setup for the Country, called Country Coordinator will work under Central Committee and will be responsible to the Central Committee as and when required. He / She will form a Country Coordination Committee to look after the day to day work of the organization.

He / She will try to arrange medicines at cheaper rates and arrange to dispatch to the respective clinics. Country Coordinator Will also see the overall management of clinics and take reports from the local clinics including Doctors. Country Coordinator will then give his / her findings to the central body.

This Committee will be headed by Provincial Coordinator in the province itself and will take care of local provincial problems. He will be the resident of that state / province.

This can be a person, who is confident that he can not only start a clinic in his Village / Area of living but also he can monitor its activities in the future.

He / She will be the key person to manage and run the local Clinic, and the performance of Staff.

Once the Clinic is started, it will be very difficult to close down because thos who have started this are from that own village and it becomes question of their honor if discontinued. More over the Villagers who are benefitted from this will also try their best that these clinics continue to operate.

In small / Remote places, there are some local people who may decide to help in big way that the clinic should be setup with in their names. This will work wonders in flourishing the clinic.

Besides treating the patients, the Doctor and staff will also advise and guide the villagers about their safety and environment. For example about How to keep the environment around them clean and save themselves from any mishaps. A general guide about how to live a healthy life.

There is great reward to this service, Allah promises reward for such service here in this world and hereafter.
